Shipping Policy
Delivery – From just $5.00 per shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, it will take an estimated 1-3 business days to arrive. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-3 business days.
Holidays/weekends are not included in transit time.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We are currently only shipping to addresses within New Zealand.
Damages / Faulty Goods
All Ūkaipō Native Apothecaries products are inspected before sale to ensure our products are sent in perfect condition. However should you experience any problems with your order please contact us and we will either send you a replacement or a refund once items are returned.
Cancelled Order
You may cancel your order prior to your order being processed / sent. Please note that orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours if the order is placed on Monday – Friday. Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to cancel a recent order and we will refund the cost.
Refunds Policy
We pride ourselves on our integrity and providing our valued customers with high quality products. Our returns policy for online purchases is made easy, if you are not satisfied with your product in any way we will either send a replacement or refund your money.
Return the products in their original packaging to us within 30 days and we will send a refund minus the freight cost. It is best to send us an email first or give us a call before sending the goods back to us. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product of equal or lesser value we will pay the freight for the replacement item(s). Unfortunately your original postage and local sales taxes (levies) charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned the item(s) and we will send you an email once the refund has been processed. If the goods were found to be defective we will offer a full refund or replacement. Email us for our returns address.
Returns must be made within 30 days. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
