Kōhatu Crystals

Slow intentional harvests of kōhatu crystals held in our whenua landscapes of Ngāti Maru

An ancient childhood love of mine that I am now able to share together with my sweetest fruit, my two daughters.

The richest of medicines being home on the soils of your blood.

We walk, we listen, we pray, we chant, we sing, we dance, making altars of heart offerings

A reciprocal relationship of love before we call upon the mauri of our kōhatu whānau,

Only receiving what is given with deep breaths of gratitude.

You will find these beautiful taonga woven in our offerings of ritual candle bowls, infused in our rongoā or gifted.

This is a reminder to all what you create isn’t just upon the surface, it is the pulsing of your whakapapa encoded within,

An ode to your roots.
